I think combine the time watching TV, I probably resting 20-25 mins at least.
When the food is inside my stomach? That is how I count the time on my clock?
So I walking might be already 30 mins pass.

我剛剛是說~女孩子不需要跟男生去比走 treadmill 跑七個月,我今天先走 1 小時 + 45 分鐘,中間寫東西,喝水,擦毛巾,我其實一輩子沒有體重問題,真的 ! 也不是飲食問題 ...
手揮直線跑步那種,有一種健身的 equipment 拉前拉後,腳前腳後,前後拉還拉去,上手臂下面的贅肉 + 你們在房間自己走路呀 ~小步走~但是兩邊這種有腰線是平的,那直的叫做有曲線的左邊跟右邊你們眼睛往下看,或是兩個手轉到腰部自己的,你們走上來的大腿好像,都不是主意識走路,呼吸也不是主意識,要吸上來鼻子,吐氣鼻子,不是嘴巴,你們幾歲?

The guy is guy, I am not jealous the guys can keep running for 7 months with a treadmill. I am a girl, small step, walking or jogging, or break or run again.
No matter what, lasting one hour, 45 mins, even those combine its not steady in one time. I drink the water, I find the towel, I stop, I keep walking. I don't go and compete with the guys. Not like that way to use the Youtube. Your efforts in your belief or your meditation practice or anything Zen or martial practice. I never be hash on myself those type....I am a girl. NOT A GUY.
You have to go inside any groups to begin / initiate/ create a conversation / dialogue with that - It doesn't matter what they look like, you go near and say Hallo and Goodbye?!

As the girls or the women now, you grow up from this college years, your upper arm?! You care about it, so when you pacing, or small step walkiing, then jogging, inside the room then you have your upper arm straight or just random how you used to run. You are not consciously about it. The fitness equipment has those pulling your 2 arms and 2 legs, wave front and back? Front and back, front and back?
By next monday, you saying you talking at least 2 -5 people about it. 2 might be the very upper managing people those. The man or the women those. You give yourself next 3-5 months. for your this groups on your real Linkedin. You may not go far, but you need to keep talking in.

The Youtube has a very fat tall guy, he just keeps running on that treadmill for 7 months. Its the mileage and the 7 months. Dr. John R Christopher also has this 7 days, 7 weeks 7 months idea. If I cannot move my 4 limbs? Slowly just per one by one, if I wave myself 10 times, that is 10 times stretching the muscle, 1 mins, 2 mins, 5 mins, 10 mins, 20 mins.

You stand up first, you stand doing nothing for one hour, anything 4 limbs, waist line, walking, pacing, ...just stand there 1 hour.
